The Anna Centenary Library is an established state library of the Government of Tamil Nadu. It is located at Kotturpuram, Chennai. It is built at a cost of ₹172 crores. It is named after a former chief minister of Tamil Nadu, C. N. Annadurai.

Anna Centenary Library
The Anna Centenary Library (ACL), a state-ofthe-art library was inaugurated on September 15, 2010 by the then Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Dr. M Karunanidhi on the occasion of the 102nd birth anniversary of the former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Dr. C N Annadurai popularly called "ANNA". By reason of his great interest towards the books and library, this library is named as "Anna Centenary Library". The foundation stone for the second largest library in Asia continent, a public-centric initiative by the Government of Tamil Nadu was laid down by the then Chief Minister of Tamilnadu, Dr. M Karunanidhi on August 16, 2008, completed in a short span and declared open to the public from 20 September 2010.
